Operating more than one account — whether using different names, different devices, different payment methods or different contact details — is a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kanz1 will close the additional accounts, void any bonuses associated with them and may withhold balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. kanz1 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so that your account can be secured.
You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method or personal information changes, update your account accordingly. kanz1 may suspend or restrict accounts where the registered information does not match the identity documents provided during verification.
All deposits on kanz1 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast digital transfer, bank transfer and debit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your betting balance instantly upon successful confirmation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and the current applicable limits are always shown in the cashier section of your account.
You are solely responsible for the funds you deposit into your kanz1 account. kanz1 does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.
If a deposit is initiated but does not appear in your kanz1 balance within the expected timeframe, do not attempt the same deposit again before contacting support. Duplicate deposit attempts may result in double charges that take additional time to reverse.
kanz1 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before depositing if you are unsure.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. PKR is the only currency in which withdrawals are issued. kanz1 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
kanz1 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any subsequent withdrawal that triggers a review threshold. Verification documents typically include a valid national ID card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership and, where applicable, proof of address. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times quoted are from the point of internal approval, not from the time the withdrawal is requested.
kanz1 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League and T20 internationals. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to this general section.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
kanz1 has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed to convert bonus funds without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and abuse of refer-a-friend programmes. Where bonus abuse is identified, kanz1 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and suspend the account.
The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It is available once per person, per household and per payment method. Players who have previously held a kanz1 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
Always read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it. If a promotion's terms are unclear, contact support before depositing or opting in — bonus claims cannot be reversed once activated in most cases.
All sports bets on kanz1 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets — are subject to the general betting rules below as well as sport-specific rules that apply to each market type.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmed bet reference number from the platform. If a bet does not generate a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted by the platform, which may differ from the odds displayed at the time you initiated the selection.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the match referee or relevant cricket board. For PSL, international cricket and other events, kanz1 uses official sources for settlement. In the event of a dispute over result, kanz1's decision following review of official sources is final.
kanz1 applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day across all sports markets. These limits are displayed in the betting rules section of the platform. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, winnings are capped at the stated limit and the remainder is not paid.
The kanz1 casino — including slots, table games and the live casino — operates using certified random number generator (RNG) software for digital games, and real-time dealer-managed outcomes for live casino titles. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and cannot be influenced by the player or by kanz1.
Casino games and live casino tables may be unavailable at certain times due to maintenance, software updates, provider restrictions or technical issues. kanz1 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or live table.
If your connection drops during a casino game or live casino round, the game round will be completed in accordance with the game's standard rules. The result of the round will be recorded and your balance updated accordingly. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on kanz1's side, the stake will be returned. Connection issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to a stake refund.
Each casino game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. Live casino tables carry limits set by the table configuration. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits before placing bets.
You agree to use kanz1 solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

kanz1 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining will be reviewed. Where the balance relates to fraudulent activity, it will be forfeited. Where closure is at the player's own request without any Terms violation, the remaining real money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted, kanz1's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. kanz1 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
kanz1 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions or other technical problems on the player's side.
kanz1 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of kanz1 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The current version of the Terms is always the version displayed on this page with the "last updated" date shown at the top. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
